Day 1 - Thursday 11 March 2021

On day one the 3i team open with leading organisations who join us in highlighting international innovation: the inequalities, challenges and opportunities.
One sector much hit in the past year has been the Tourism and Hospitality sector, in session two we discuss whether innovation is still happening in the industry and if women entrepreneurs are suffering because of it or succeeding despite it. We will be discussing about how women led organisations in travel, events and the food and drink sector come together to boost resilience in what some predict will be a fast re-growth as countries emerge from their respective lockdowns.
Day 2 - Friday 12 March 2021
- Session 3: Forging inclusivity in Tech

- Session 4: Multigenerational design. Smart Cities and IoT for a sustainable society
- Matchmaking - 1:1 meetings
On day two the 3i team are joined by guests who discuss the best way to forge inclusivity in more technology-based sectors such as (but not limited to) Space, Technology, AI, Nuclear and EV’s.
We close by considering how we tackle inequality in the designs of smart cities with the aim of making them both multigenerational and intergenerational, cities that embrace age, youth, mixed genders, cultures, and religions.
A discussion marketplace runs in the afternoon of each day to facilitate those who want to take these discussions to the next level finding international partners and working together to improve inclusivity and overcome existent barriers.
