B2B Meetings - How does it work?
A matchmaking event is a quick and easy way to meet potential cooperation partners in face-2-face talks.
1 - Registration
- Register via the green "Register now" button.
- Create your business profile.
- Compose your personal event schedule by adding presentations and workshops of your choice.

2 - Publish a strong business profile to showcase your needs
Create strong business profile that showcase your needs.
Your profile is your online business card:
- Make it clear and concise.
- Your profile should describe who you are, what you can offer to potential partners and who you want to meet.
- A good profile will generate significantly more meeting requests.
Don't forget your profile will be visible before, during and after the event.
3 - Browse profiles of attendees
Find out who is offering interesting and promising business opportunities.
4 - Send & receive meeting requests
Be active not reactive!
- Browse the list of attendees or check the marketplace profiles.
- Use the optional filters to easily find the ones aligned with your goals.
- Send meeting requests to those companies/persons you want to meet.
- Check incoming meeting requests and accept or refuse if not appropriate.
Boking rules?
- Everybody can send meeting requests to everyone.
- Incoming meeting requests have to be accepted to be scheduled.
- Those who are interested to manage 1:1 meetings MUST select at least one networking session.
- Accepted meeting requests will be scheduled automatically. Thus you have immediate access to time and link of the meeting.

Matchmaking | 1:1 Meetings
Check your meeting agenda online or via the b2match app.
- Shortly before the event you will receive your meeting schedule by email.
- You can view date/time of your meetings via the Menu “Meetings” at any time.
